About

Elizabeth McCormick is a trusted partner to people navigating big decisions in their homes, their work, and their communities. Her work spans real estate, design, and philanthropy, but it’s all connected through one approach: clarity, trust, and the ability to bring the right people together at the right time.

As a licensed Broker with more than $100 million in real estate sales, Elizabeth specializes in helping buyers make confident moves — from first homes to second properties, from new construction to big life transitions. She brings personal insight and calm professionalism to every transaction, and she stays in the picture long after the papers are signed. That same strategic mindset informs her design work.

With a background in agency leadership and experience managing creative teams, she now partners with campaigns and growing businesses to produce polished, on-brand materials that support everything from marketing to advocacy. She’s fast, clear, and easy to work with — a steady presence in fast-moving environments. Her community work is mission-driven and personal.

Through leadership roles with organizations like the Junior League of Austin and the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, she contributes her time, talent, and treasure with consistency and care. Whether she’s raising funds, leading a committee, or inviting someone to a new event, Elizabeth helps people feel seen and supported.

She’s more than a real estate agent or designer. She’s a connector — someone who brings together ideas, people, and opportunities. And through every part of her work, she helps others move forward with confidence.

My husband, Travis McCormick, and I met after college at our first jobs and married in 2016. We bonded over a love for Matt’s El Rancho, good policy, creative endeavors, and a desire for hosting.

Travis works at the crossroads of politics and energy policy. He is known for his passion for CrossFit and extreme feats of endurance, pit barrel-smoking high-quality barbecue, and his “ghost writing” (including over a hundred op-eds and a national bestselling book).

We purchased our home in 2017, and the process sparked my interest in becoming a Realtor. We were ahead of the ADU-trend and live in central Austin. I have spent many weekends investigating ways to use our space efficiently and creatively (like having an outdoor oasis with a cedar-barrel sauna).

We love spending time with our daughter, two rescued cocker spaniels, and our community of friends.

 Small Business Resources

I owned my first small business, a digital and design consulting firm, at the age of 23. At my boutique agency I managed five employees and brought in over 40 clients for both ad hoc projects and retainers. I managed her business for nearly four years before being hired in-house by one of her clients. And, a few years later returned to working for herself.

I’m always happy to discuss tips I learned as a small business owner. Including:

  • Corporation Formations (LLCs, S Corps, etc.)

  • Tax Worksheet (she developed this years ago for her accountant)

  • Payroll & Retirement

  • Helpful Apps

  • Project Management

  • Lead Generation

  • Employee Hiring & Retention
