Before real estate, she spent nearly a decade managing creative projects and launching digital tools — experience that now translates into polished listings, efficient onboarding, and thoughtful communication throughout the homebuying process.
She works with buyers, sellers, and investors — but specializes in helping clients make smart, supported decisions across new construction, second homes, and modern, move-in-ready properties. Elizabeth was part of the Phase 1 launch at Cayena — a 41-home development of modern, minimalist detached homes — and is currently supporting buyers through Phase 2. She continues to help clients navigate builder processes, timelines, design decisions, and incentives, both at Cayena and across other new construction communities throughout Central Texas.
Elizabeth also helps clients find second homes that fit their lifestyle — from riverfront retreats to ranch properties across the Hill Country. She understands the unique considerations that come with vacation homes and works closely with buyers to ensure location, access, and long-term value align with their goals.
For investors, she’s known for identifying ADU-suitable lots, running rental comp analyses, and recommending value-driven renovations.
